CGTN Several killed, others injured in explosion at Swiss ski resort bar

An explosion and subsequent fire tore through the Le Constellation bar in the Swiss ski resort town of Crans-Montana during New Year’s celebrations early on January 1, killing several people and injuring others, according to local police. More than 100 people were inside the venue at the time of the blast. The cause of the explosion remains under investigation as emergency responders, including police, firefighters and rescue teams, continue operations at the scene.
