Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi arrived about an hour late to the G20 summit in Johannesburg on November 22. Footage shows her entering after other leaders had already taken their seats. On social media, Takaichi said she spent hours picking an outfit she believed would project dignity, sparking backlash among Japanese netizens.
