CGTN British PM Starmer takes the weather with him to Shanghai

The Brits have a saying that they “take the weather with them” when they travel anywhere in the world and it’s raining.
As British Prime Minister Keir Starmer visited Shanghai, the second stop in his four-day trip to China on Friday afternoon, he was caught up in a spot of drizzle.
That didn’t stop him from enjoying a stroll around Yuyuan Garden, where he sampled the local butterfly pastry, waved to onlookers and took in the lantern displays along the Nine-Turn Bridge.
