British Prime Minister Keir Starmer toured Yuyuan Garden in Shanghai on January 30, where he encountered a fun surprise – a lantern modeled after Larry, the iconic “chief mouser” at 10 Downing Street. Starmer joked it was his first time seeing the famous mouser in a bow tie.
