CBC News Severe and deadly atmospheric river continues to cause flooding, mudslides in California

Several people have died as an atmospheric river continues to drench Southern California. The storm-hit state was still at risk on Friday of more floods hampering millions of motorists traveling after Christmas, but the National Weather Service predicts a drier weekend.
