CBC News 4 killed in shootout with Florida boat, Cuban officials

Officials in Cuba say four people were killed in a shootout that broke out after soldiers were fired on by a U.S.-registered speedboat with a Florida licence plate. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says he was made aware of the incident and that the U.S. is now gathering its own information.
