Superintendent John Loveless of the UK Police confirmed the rapid response to a mass stabbing incident on a train traveling from Doncaster to London King’s Cross. Police and paramedics arrested two suspects—both British nationals—within eight minutes of the emergency call at Huntingdon Station. Ten people were hospitalized, initially nine critically injured, with four discharged and two remaining in life-threatening condition. Police have identified a 32-year-old male of Caribbean descent, born in Peterborough, as the sole suspect, and have ruled out terrorism as a motive.
