Call to action to address domestic violence across the region
A passionate plea from Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey, as he called for urgent, united action to address domestic violence across the region.
Speaking at the closing of the Regional Symposium to Advance State Responses on Domestic Violence, the Minister declared the issue a “national emergency”, urging all sectors to confront the crisis at its roots.
