Bus collision blaze kills 20 in southern India
At least 20 people are dead following a fire triggered by a fuel leak after a private bus collided with a motorcycle on the Bengaluru-Hyderabad highway, according to local media reports. Authorities said 21 passengers were rescued, while 11 bodies have been identified so far. India has some of the world’s deadliest roads, with nearly 180,000 traffic fatalities reported last year.
