मिडिल ईस्ट में जारी जंग के बीच रूस ने दुनिया के कई देशों को बड़ा झटका दिया है… रूस ने आज से 31 जुलाई तक पेट्रोल निर्यात पर रोक लगा दी है… रूस के मुताबिक यह कदम वैश्विक बाजार की अस्थिरता, रिफाइनरियों पर खतरे और देश में पेट्रोल की संभावित किल्लत से बचने के लिए उठाया है…. ताकि घरेलू कीमतें पूरी तरह नियंत्रित रहें….रूस रोजाना 1.2 से 1.7 लाख बैरल पेट्रोल निर्यात करता है… रूस के इस फैसले का चीन, तुर्किये, ब्राजील, अफ्रीका और सिंगापुर जैसे देशों पर असर पड़ सकता है… क्योंकि ये देश रूस से सीधे पेट्रोल इम्पोर्ट करते हैं… यह पहली बार नहीं है जब रूस ने अपने तेल निर्यात पर इस तरह की सख्ती दिखाई है. देश में बढ़ती ईंधन की कीमतों पर लगाम लगाने और किसी भी संभावित कमी से निपटने के लिए, सरकार पहले भी पेट्रोल और डीजल के निर्यात पर प्रतिबंध लगा चुकी है… इस फैसले को लेकर रूस के उपप्रधानमंत्री अलेक्जेंडर नोवाक ने कहा है कि इजरायल-ईरान जंग की वजह से ग्लोबल तेल और पेट्रोलियम प्रोडक्शन बाजार में अस्थिरता बढ़ी है… इससे कीमतों में उतार-चढ़ाव हो रहा है… राष्ट्रपति पुतिन ईंधन कीमतें नियंत्रित रखना चाहते हैं… इसलिए सरकार ने ये फैसला लिया है…

Amidst the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, Russia has delivered a major blow to several countries across the globe. Effective today and continuing until July 31, Russia has imposed a ban on petrol exports. According to Russia, this measure has been taken to mitigate global market volatility, address risks facing refineries, and avert a potential petrol shortage within the country, thereby ensuring that domestic prices remain fully under control. Russia exports between 120,000 and 170,000 barrels of petrol daily. This decision by Russia could impact nations such as China, Turkey, Brazil, countries across Africa, and Singapore, as these nations import petrol directly from Russia. This is not the first instance in which Russia has imposed such strict restrictions on its oil exports; the government has previously restricted the export of both petrol and diesel in an effort to curb rising domestic fuel prices and address any potential shortages. Commenting on this decision, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the conflict between Israel and Iran has exacerbated instability within the global oil and petroleum production markets, leading to price fluctuations. President Putin aims to keep fuel prices under control; consequently, the government has taken this decision.
