ये कानून धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता और व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता का उल्लंघन करता है…AIMPLB ने गुजरात UCC विधेयक को हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती देने की बात कही है
Now, let us turn to the fierce controversy surrounding the UCC in Gujarat. The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has opposed the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the state.
The Board stated that this law is unacceptable to Muslims, alleging that through the UCC, the government is attempting to impose the ‘Hindu Code Bill’ upon everyone.
It further argued that this legislation violates both religious freedom and individual liberty. The AIMPLB has announced its intention to challenge the Gujarat UCC Bill in the High Court.
