Prior to this, the towering B1 Bridge—which connects the capital, Tehran, to the city of Karaj—was destroyed in an aerial assault. Furthermore, Iran’s historic 106-year-old Pasteur Institute also came under attack; and now, several other locations within the city of Karaj have been targeted.
