Iranian President Masoud Peshmerga has proposed that Iran and its regional trading partners create a common currency system to boost mutual trade in the face of Western sanctions. Speaking at a meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Tehran, the country’s President Peshmerga said that religious and cultural ties in the region can create favorable conditions for closer contact and cooperation.
