The battleground is fully set for the first phase of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. Voting will take place on November 6th for 121 seats across 18 districts, and over 37.5 million voters will decide the fate of 1,314 candidates. Among them, 122 are women candidates. The importance of this phase also increases because the performance of about half of the ministers in Nitish’s cabinet is to be tested in this phase.
