The demonstration, part of the Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management, showed China’s innovative “underwater, surface, and aerial” integrated rescue system. Gabriel Belem Monteiro, vice-president of Mozambique’s National Institute of Disaster Management, said, “This mechanism can help us to solve some problems,” highlighting a shared desire to adopt China’s proven experience and enhance global emergency preparedness together.
