One of two men freed in error from UK prison hands himself in | BBC News
William “Billy” Smith has handed himself into police after a manhunt for him and another man who were recently released by accident from Wandsworth Prison in London.
Police are still searching for Algerian sex offender Brahim Kaddour-Cherif, 24, who was mistakenly released on 29 October.
