The Qatari Prime Minister has said the negotiations on the war in Gaza were at a “critical” moment.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani was speaking on the first day of the 23rd edition of the annual Doha Forum, in Doha, Qatar.

He also said that without a full withdrawal from Israel, the Gaza truce is incomplete.
