Nasa’s Artemis II astronauts will soon fly around the Moon, travelling further from Earth than any humans before.

The 10-day voyage has sent commander Reid Wiseman, mission specialists Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen, and pilot Victor Glover to our closest neighbour.

It’s the first time in more than half a century that humans have left Earth’s orbit.
