WATCH: Crowd raises sea of signs at Charlie Kirk memorial at Arizona football stadium
Thousands of mourners gathered for a memorial service for Charlie Kirk at an Arizona football stadium on September 21, where President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and other top Republicans will pay tribute to the assassinated right-wing activist. Crowds of people arrived before dawn to get inside to mourn Kirk who was killed onstage in Utah on September 10 as he debated with college students. Traffic jammed the roads surrounding the stadium, and overflow space was set up at an arena nearby. Supporters filled the stands holding signs with messages such as “Well done, good and faithful servant,” “Never surrender, remember Charlie Kirk” and “Here I am Lord, send me.”
