The United States has announced fresh visa restrictions on Central American nationals linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). US State Secretary Marco Rubio said the policy will block individuals and their immediate families from entering the US if they are found undermining the rule of law while acting on behalf of China in Central America.
