Prashant Kishor, founder of Jan Suraaj Party, says, “Samrat Chuadhary is the Dy CM. He is an expert in changing names. His name was Rakesh Kumar, who later became Samrat Chaudhary. His original name is Samrat Kumar Maurya. In 1998, he was accused of murder. He killed his political opponent, Sadanand Singh, using a bomb. Six people died in it. Samrat Chaudhary was jailed. He was released for being a juvenile… When he was made a minister, he was suspended because of his lower age than required… A petition was given in the SC that he gave the metric exam by the name of Samrat Kumar Maurya… The Bihar education board said that he got only 234 marks and he failed the metric examination… In 2010, Samrat Chaudhary gave an affidavit and wrote that has studied till 7th class… The Dy CM of the state should reveal when he passed metric… He hasnt even passed metric and he claims that he has a doctorate degree from the University of California… The Election Commission is also not asking him when he passed the metric if he has a degree. Can one have a degree without metric?…”
