Relief came when Dulendrabhai approached the CM’s Office and even received a direct call from the Chief Minister. The issue was swiftly resolved via the SWAGAT Portal, granting long-awaited permission. Having resolved over 99% of grievances, SWAGAT has earned awards like the 2010 UN Public Service Award. This case highlights how transparent, tech-driven governance delivers not just solutions, but also hope and happiness.
