PORTOROZ, SLOVENIA – Leaders of nine Mediterranean EU member states will gather in the Slovenian coastal town of Portoroz for the annual MED9 summit, with talks expected to focus on climate change, migration, energy connectivity and the war in Gaza. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Jordan’s King Abdullah II will attend the meeting.
