MOSCOW, RUSSIA. Signing ceremony in Moscow for cooperation agreements between Russian-controlled parts of Ukraine and the Republic of Nicaragua. Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, representative of the Nicaraguan President for Russia Affairs Laureano Ortega Murillo and heads of Crimea, the Luhansk region, and the Russian-controlled parts of Ukraine’s Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions expected to attend.
