Indian Army bolsters drone warfare training with ‘Vayu Samanvay’ exercise after Operation Sindoor
Indian Army conducted Vayu Samanvay exercise in Haryana’s Ambala on Sept 29. The exercise focused on coordinated use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and counter-UAS measures. Various indigenous drones and counter-drone equipment were put on display. Indian Army is growing focus on use of drone as they are increasingly being used in wars. The Army aims to acquire large number drone with help from local industries. Taking cue from Operation Sindoor, Indian Army is further strengthening its drone warfare training
