Gujarat: Principal Secretary interacts with fair price shop, pledges quick redressal
Gujarat’s Principal Secretary of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Mona Khandhar, held a meeting with Fair Price Shop owners at the Ahmedabad Collector’s Office on Sunday. She shared that the Chief Minister and the concerned Minister have adopted a positive approach toward the association’s demands. Out of 20 issues raised, 11 have already been approved, while the remaining are under active consideration. Emphasizing the importance of collaboration, Khandhar urged all shop owners to become partners in serving the needy and to continue supporting the government’s welfare efforts aimed at ensuring food security and transparency in distribution systems.
