Abhay Dubey Accuses BJP & Election Commission of attacking constitution through “SIR & vote theft”
While reply to the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) conduted by the Election Commission of India, Congress leader Abhay Dubey said, “The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its leaders, who had been promoting the slogan “400 paar” in an alleged attempt to attack the Constitution, were shown their place by the public, leading to the current government’s weakened state. Now, they are attempting another route to undermine the Constitution through the Election Commission. They aim to steal votes to attack the Constitution, but the Congress Party will not allow this. The Election Commission cited Bihar as an example where living voters were declared dead and their votes nullified, and migration was used as a pretext to cut votes. Shockingly, officials did not visit voters’ homes and instead complied with the BJP’s intentions.”
