ANI News ‘Ukraine army should leave Donbas’: Putin’s clear msg ahead of three-way security talks in Abu Dhabi

As the three-year war Ukraine war still rages on, hopes for a ceasefire have risen post Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskky and US President Donald Trump’s meeting at the sideline of the World Economic Forum summit. Amid all the disputes and continued Russian attacks, hopes for a ceasefire are high with Zelenskyy confidently claiming the meeting with US President Trump at the World Economic Forum Summit turning out to be great. However, hopes of long-lasting peace might take a hit as Russia’s Kremlin issued a major statement ahead of Russia-Ukraine & US’ trilateral talks scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi on January 23. Just ahead of the all-important meeting, kremlin’s demand might upset the Ukrainian President as the main territorial disputes remain unsettled. Russian President Putin remains firm on his demands while suffering Ukraine continues to refute Putin Demand. Russia’s Kremlin has firmly echoed Putin’s stance once again and has warned the Ukrainian army to stand down branding it as a very important condition in order to end the war. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov ahead of the three-way security talks in Abu Dhabi January 23 said that it is Moscow’s well-known position that Ukrainian army should leave the entire territory of Donbas but declined to go into details of the talks.
