The city administration urges people to vacate shops and houses in Dalmandi Market before its demolition for road expansion. Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Atul Anjan Tripathi said, “A house with 13-14 shops is being demolished. The administration followed complete legal procedure prior to this following compliance… Forces have been deployed from Kashi zone stations… Due process is being followed and people are being urged to comply with the administration…”
