CG Power & Industrial Solutions delivered another stellar quarter, with Chairman & MD Amar Kaul outlining how the company is capitalizing on India’s infrastructure and energy growth wave.
He said the power systems segment is booming globally, and investments in technology will sustain growth.
The industrial division is recovering, led by a strong rebound in motors and a temporary dip in railways due to shipment delays.
Kaul highlighted huge opportunities in rail tech (Vande Bharat, Kavach, U.S. partnerships) and confirmed a ₹3,000 crore QIP will fund capacity expansion, M&A, and a semiconductor OSAT facility.
Exports are set to double to 20%, with higher margins from U.S. and Middle East markets.
He also said tariffs pose little risk and that FY26 looks strong, with semiconductor design revenues already scaling.
