Voices of Nepal: Youth activist demand justice, equity, and civic freedom
Nepal is assessing the damage from last week’s protests which saw key buildings destroyed, a government toppled and at least 72 people killed.
The demonstrations were mainly organised by Generation Z students and young citizens angry at a social media ban, class disparity and corruption.
Tanuja Pandey is a young lawyer from eastern Nepal who took part in those protests.
