During Israel’s war on Gaza, at least 1.9 million Palestinians were forcibly displaced, that’s 90% of the population.
Some have been holding on to the keys of their homes, as a symbol of their hope to return.
But for many who have managed to make their way back to their neighbourhoods, they’ve found their homes reduced to rubble and keys that open doors that no longer exist.
