Super Typhoon Ragasa kills 17 in Taiwan, hits Hong Kong with fierce winds
The strongest storm of the year has lashed parts of East Asia.
Typhoon Ragasa carved a path of destruction through the Philippines, Taiwan, and Hong Kong with hurricane force winds and torrential rains.
At least 17 people were killed in Taiwan, and more than a dozen are missing.
