Liverpool protest demands stronger government action on Gaza
Protesters have been marching in Liverpool ahead of the UK. Labour Party’s annual conference. They are calling for an end to the war in Gaza and greater action from the British government. The United Kingdom has recognised a Palestinian state, but demonstrators say more needs to be done. The rally’s coincided with the arrival of Prime Minister Keir Starmer in the city.
