Downgraded hurricane Melissa makes second landfall in Cuba after devastating Jamaica
Hurricane Melissa has has made landfall in Cuba — as a Category 3 Storm.
And has been described as the most powerful storm recorded this year.
It made landfall in the southeast of the country, with winds of up to 195km per hour.
Earlier it hit Jamaica as a category 5 storm– devastating communities with high winds and rain.
Across the Caribbean, at least seven people have been killed.
