After two decades of leftist dominance, Bolivia’s political map is being redrawn. In the Andean city of El Alto, once a stronghold of Evo Morales’s socialist movement, a new class of Indigenous entrepreneurs has thrown their weight behind the centrist candidate who leads the race in Sunday’s presidential runoff.
