Afghanistan Bagram base: Taliban rejects trump’s proposal for US return
The Taliban government has once again rejected a possible return of US troops to Afghanistan. The somewhat surprising proposal has come from US President Donald Trump, who has been saying recently US forces should take over the Bagram base, that they left just before the departure of the American-led multi-national military force, in 2021.
