Al Jazeera English Video emerges of Palestinian teenager shot and left to die by Israeli forces in West Bank

The Israeli military has carried out raids for a second night, north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
More than 40 Palestinians were rounded up in the town of Beit Ummar.
In Hebron, three people were wounded as the Israeli army conducted operations.
Israeli forces have also conducted raids in Nablus, and several nearby Palestinian villages.

Video of an Israeli raid in Far’a refugee camp, south of Tubas, last week shows a 15-year-old Palestinian boy rolling around on the ground in distress after being shot by Israeli forces.
He sits up briefly before collapsing.
Israeli soldiers offer no medical assistance. The boy later died of his wounds.

Al Jazeera’s Nour Odeh reports from Ramallah that Israeli actions after the boy’s death added to his family’s grief.
