Al Jazeera English Ukraine war resolution vote: UN calls for immediate and unconditional ceasefire

The United Nations has adopted a resolution calling for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. But it was far from unanimous, with 12 countries voting against, including Russia. The US abstained, along with 50 other nations.
