Russia launched drone and missile strikes on Ukrainian cities of Kyiv and Kharkiv, hitting energy infrastructure and critical facilities as US-brokered talks in the UAE ended without a breakthrough. The strikes killed at least one person and injured several others, with large parts of the capital losing power and heat.
