Al Jazeera English Russia-Ukraine-US negotiations: Second day of UAE talks as air strikes continue

Russia has launched more aerial attacks on Ukraine overnight, striking electricity supplies and leaving hundreds of thousands of people without power.
That’s as Moscow, Kyiv and Washington are about to hold a second day of talks aimed at ending the war.
The discussions began in Abu Dhabi on Friday, with territorial disputes topping the agenda.
