Al Jazeera English Protests erupt in Philippines over flood control corruption scandal

Tensions have flared in the Philippines capital during another mass protest against reports of multibillion-dollar fraud.
It’s the third such demonstration since the allegations about government kickbacks and non-existent construction surfaced in July.
The government’s been criticized for failing to investigate senior politicians implicated in the scandal.
