Pakistan blames 'Indian proxies' deadly Islamabad bomb blast that killed at least 12 people

A funeral has been held in Pakistan for a lawyer killed in a suicide bombing outside an Islamabad court on Tuesday.
He was one of 12 people who died in the attack.
Pakistan’s defence minister says it has pushed the country into a “state of war”.
An armed group linked to the Pakistan Taliban has claimed responsibility.
It’s heightened tensions in the region, with the government accusing both Afghanistan and India of backing armed groups.
Both countries have denied the claim.

Al Jazeera’s Kamal Hyder has more from Islamabad, Pakistan.
