Al Jazeera English One more Israeli captive’s body to be handed over at 18:00 GMT: Hamas

Hamas says one more Israeli captive’s body was found today near southern Gaza’s Khan Younis city, and it will be handed over by Hamas fighters and members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group at 18:00 GMT.

On Wednesday, Israeli military said a route for supplies into the famine-stricken northern Gaza has finally been reopened.
That’s raising hopes that food, water and medical support can finally reach Palestinian communities there.
The Zikim crossing has opened for the first time since the ceasefire began more than a month ago.
Israel is meant to allow at least 600 trucks in each day but fewer than 200 have been entering.
