Al Jazeera English Israel fires ‘warning shots’ at Lebanese army despite ceasefire

The Israeli military has fired what it calls “warning shots” towards Lebanese army soldiers who were setting up a position along Lebanon’s southern border.
Israel’s military has regularly carried out attacks in southern Lebanon, despite a November 2024 ceasefire meant to end hostilities with Hezbollah.

Al Jazeera’s Zeina Khodr reports from the site of the attack, there are fears of more Israeli breaches.
