Al Jazeera English Emir of Qatar in DR Congo: Leaders discuss peace efforts and partnerships

Qatar has signed protocols aimed at boosting cooperation with the Democratic Republic of Congo, during a visit by Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
It comes a week after the Congolese government and M23 rebels signed a framework for a peace deal in Doha.
