Al Jazeera English BBC apologises to Donald Trump: Broadcaster admits speech edit ‘error in judgement’

The BBC has apologised to US President Donald Trump for a misleading edit of his speech on January 6, 2021 – that’s when his supporters stormed the Capitol.
But the British broadcaster has rejected Trump’s threat of a billion dollar defamation lawsuit.
