मुजम्मिल की डायरी में कोडवर्ड्स में काफी जानकारी लिखी है. इसमें 8 और 12 नवंबर की तारीख का जिक्र है. डायरी में करीब दो दर्जन लोगों के नाम है. इसमें ज्यादातर जम्मू-कश्मीर और फरीदाबाद के लोग हैं. जांच में ये तो साफ हो गया है कि ब्लास्ट की साजिश कम से कम दो महीने से चल रही थी. आतंकवादी अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी में बैठकर ब्लास्ट की प्लानिंग कर रहे थे. लेकिन किसी को इतनी बड़ी साजिश की कानों कान खबर न हो. ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है. इसीलिए अब जांच एजेसियां अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी की पूरी कुंडली खंगाल रही है. इस मामले में ED की एंट्री भी हो गई है. अब ED अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी के सारे ट्रांजैक्शन्स का रिकॉर्ड चैक कर रही है. इस यूनिवर्सिटी की फंडिंग की जांच हो रही है. ये भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि हरियाणा की इस यूनिवर्सिटी में ज्यादातर प्रोफेसर्स, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर्स और स्टूडेंट्स जम्मू कश्मीर से ही क्यों आते थे.
