While reacting to CJM direction to HM chief Syed Salahuddin, Former DGP J&K Dr SP Vaid said that Hizbul Mujahidin is oldest terrorist outfit which is responsible for killings of thousands of security personnel and civilians in Jammu and Kashmir.
