ACLU ‘confident’ of victory in birthright citizenship case
The American Civil Liberties Union’s Executive Director Anthony Romero and National Legal Director Cecillia Wang weighed in after the Supreme Court heard oral arguments over the legality of birthright citizenship, at which President Donald Trump made a historic visit. Romero said he was “confident that we will win this case and that the future of this country will be determined by our Constitution.”
